Myntra - Myntra nor Providing refund for returns

I had purchased two Indddus dressed of the same kind for my wife with different sizes size S and size M so as to try both the sizes and keep whichever fits . (order id Order ID # ******* **************). But we decided to return both of them as the product did not meet our quality expectations . Myntra refunded the amount for size M but is not refunding me the money for size S stating that the product has not passed the quality checks and stating that "it has been used" when in fact we did not even open the size S packet. The tags are intact and i do not understand how a product can be used with a big plastic fibre tag attached to the product. This is the first time such a thing has happened with me on myntra and its a shocking experience for me . I hope my complaint reaches a resolution
