Myntra - Myntra Fraud

I have placed an order (*******-*******-*******) on **-Sept-**** with various items. One of the item worth Rs. ****.** I cancelled on **-Sept-**** before it could have been shipped. It's been ** days I am following-up with Myntra for the refund and everytime on call its told to me its done and when I am asking them to provide me transaction details they kept saying it is mailed to me which I never received. This is happening since *-* days and finally today I asked them to provide me transaction details over call to which they are now saying the systems are down and they can't provide me details over call. I have been trying to reach them over contact us email option but NO response at all. I am fed-up following-up with them and this looks to me a case of fraud / cheating and they don't intend to refund my money.
