Hello,
I Registered a trademark on December mid-week with IndiaFilings. The trademark was objected in the month of January but they did not get back about it or inform me anything about it and I found about it in the month of August. They are very releuctantly saying they can reply to the objection now and asked me to pay **** something. But Reply should be filed within **days of rising objection. I wasted more time coordinating with them and just because of their releuctantcy all these things happened.
