My order not delivered to my address. I get calls from Panruti courier service they say they didn't deliver to that address and say it is not deliverable. But in professional courier website, ****** pin code is deliverable village name Oraiyur. I tried to raise a complaint about this issue in the professional courier website. The feedback page not working show error in submitting. Please check that my ** orders not delivered in the past * months. I request order number but Panruti professional courier person not telling that details.
Worst customer care support. They didn't respond and didn't respect customers. They did not deliver my product more than ** order in past months. Please solve the problem.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
