I had mentioned it that i was sending a dress worth RS.*** and i told them it was a gift. They stappled such big pins which was unnecessary and that caused damage of the dress causing two big holes.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
