Uber Eats India - My order item is missing

I place the order to singlas from uber eats. I ordered the butter masala dosa+vada. The delivery boy delivered but the samber was missing from in the bag. Singla says they put everything in the bag. I try to contact the delivery boy but his phone was not reachable. I have no way to contact the uber-executive. Then I again place the order to replace. Then I contact the uber-executive. I explained the issue to him. But they did not resolve this issue. I told them to cancel this order because I don't need more dosa. But she told me to accept this order because you must pay for it. I refuse to pay. I did not take my breakfast because of uber service providers.uber are a fake helpline for the customer. They never help and only make fools to customer.
