I tired recharge another phone number from my phone on the **nd of November **** on the my idea app but after I put the opt and everything was done it said recharge unsuccessful . The phone wasnt recharged but they removed the money from my account. I texted (I tired calling several times but they only told me thing on the call which wasnt important
to me and there was no way to talk to their agent ) the idea customer care they said my money would be refunded within * days max but the money is still not put back into my account . And today I tired calling and texting them on their app and whatsapp but I only got a response saying call on *** and everytime I called on *** they only told me unnecessary things and I couldn't talk to anyone again .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
