While booking flight ticket from Yatra.com on **th February **** at *.**pm, my amount of Rs ***** got deducted and it showed payment failed so the ticket and PNR number has not been confirmed. Yatra.com have no proper helpline number, and they are saying the money has not been charged. They are not acknowledging the problem. Their service is really worst.
While next time I booked the same ticket from official site of Indigo, same thing happened again, money got deducted but ticket was not confirmed. But Indigo helped me in that matter, and I received the ticket confirmation. Indigo also stated that Yatra.com should refund my money back as PNR is not generated.
Please help as ***** is huge amount.
