One of my customer has taken some goods from outside and still it has not need delivered. From past *-* days in website tracking it shows as *unable to deliver* and again it shows *Out for delivery* again showing unavailable to deliver gain showing out for delivery. Finally today it's showing OFD Lock. Why it's so. They not even making any call to customer. ICustomer is waiting from long to receive the parcel. Pls deliver it to customer or return back .if returned back customer can get amount refunded.
