My complaint Call no - *********** and that was allocated to MOHD WAHID - ********** .
He agent came and checked the ac. He let us know that some part was burnt that needs to be changed. We requested him to do so. He charged me ***/- rupees as visiting charge and left the ac with all the pets open. Please see pics for reference.
The AC is open since ** days. And I am facing following problems
*. The official number given by hitachi sms of the agent mosh Wahid is not working. And the number by which he called me on * June is not responding. He is not picking the call. I seriously want to suggest that this kind of insincere approach should not be tagged with good company.
*. I have filed a complaint to a branded service hitachi and I am facing all the problems, inconvenience and issues related like a local dealer.
*. Please check the quality of service provided by the dealer. It really deteriorate the company image.
*. Hitachi after sale service is pathetic. It’s almost * days at ** degree.
Kindly look into the matter and take serious action. Not all customer will provide you with genuine feedback.
