Dear Sir,
On **th December **** I have booked two tickets from Varafi for Raipur to Kolkata after completion of all steps and money deducted the booking was aborted and replied by mail that your booking is aborted the same was happened twice and the booking ID is VID ********** and VID ********** with amount deducted was INR ***** and INR ***** respectively i.e total of INR ***** .
The amount was not credited to my account till now I have reminded by telephone on **th Jan **** and then after by email on **th,**th,**th,**th,**th and **th January ****and till date every one two days alternate but every time giving the same reply that they have initiated and soon it will be credited but still there is no progress.
