varafi.com - Cheating of stolen money in the guise of air tickets booking

I have booked two air tickets from Banglore to Visakhapatnam on *.*.**** scheduled to travel on **.*.**.on **.*.** I received a phone call from varafi by phone my booked tickets were aborted and the mone would be refunded with in *-*days but they have not been refunded money sofar
