On **th March, Zoomcar executive came and installed GPS device on my car. I gave all the documents required for KYC like Driving License, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card and Cancelled Cheque for payouts to be received from Zoomcar as a Host. Immediately, I received a call from Zoomcar stating that my details have been logged in, account has been created and KYC being registered.
For the week end **th March to April *rd, I was to receive Rs. ****/- approx in my ICICI bank account. Almost ** days later after reaching out to Support multiple times, I was told that the amount has been transferred to an Axis bank account. I don't have any Axis bank account, nor do I have given any Axis bank account details to receive payments. This is very frustrating.
I have not been able to correct my car listing address, they registered a wrong listing address. They are now saying that my KYC is not done and hence my ICICI bank details are not showing up on their Zoomcar Host App.
I have been writing multiple emails, multiple phone calls made to their customer support, however, no one is able to resolve this issue. This is very very poor customer service.
Last week I hosted one of the Zoomcar customer, who met with an accident and damaged severely my car bonnet, they have yet not acted upon on this open issue as well. This has been reported to Zoomcar Support team and it is almost * days that no one has attended this complaint.
I have multiple issues with Zoomcar and their pathetic Support does not understand issues reported by me.
