- Mswipe charging extra Rent for mistakes made by their Salesman Open
I upgraded my Card Swipe Machine Mswipe G* to Mswipe POS Plus .I paid INR **** in cheque to the company .So the salesman told me that your old machine mswipe G* will be disabled automatically after * months (as * months were remaing from the ** months rent that we paid them a year ago) and they will be giving us ** months for INR **** for this new machine.After that only the machine arrived at our address through courier and the machine could only be used to make transactions. No other said facilities have been installed (like M-inventory , M-Billing , Messages etc) by Mswipe till date .Their executives come and just say we don't no how this works and we are from different department etc .Mswipe started deducting INR *** as rent of old machine .I also gave visit to their office near shivajinagar but no person is helping there to solve the issues .
