given information about the device that it is not working still no service wasa been provided till * months.After this i finally gave a complain to the helpdesk that i want to handover the swipe machine and stop the service .after which the company's sales boy came after * months to collect the machine till then they were still charging me ***/- rupees per month sayimg that the machine was still with me so.
Their attitude towards the customer in the beginning is very sweet but at the end you are been treated worst.
They will track your each transaction that whether you are using the machine or No but they wont ever check that is the machine ohkay or not.
this was the worst experience.
This company is a pure Mental harassment.Something or other keeps happening with this company.
