Morris Garrages India - More than 6 months old manufactured car with lots of problems

I booked the new MG ZS Astor Savvy CVT car from Om Automotors Pvt. Ltd. Kota, Rajasthan (A dealer of MG Motor India Private Limited) on **th September **** with a waiting period of about ** days. On enquiring about the date of manufacturing of the car, the store manager shared a screenshot to my WhatsApp number in which only the year of manufacturing was mentioned but the month of manufacturing was not mentioned. I again asked them to disclose the month of manufacturing of the car to which they replied each time that “we sell only newly manufactured cars, even in the worst conditions the car would be * month old at most”. I told them that I would not accept the old manufactured car. Later I got the delivery of my car after * days on **th September ****. After a week when I downloaded the digital registration certificate from my Digi locker account, I came to know that the car was manufactured in March ****, which is about * months old. I was shocked at that time and contacted the dealer about my car's old manufacturing. I somehow managed to collect the documents of my car to find the actual date of manufacturing, then I came to know that the signature of the owner/buyer of the car had been done by someone else on those documents which ought to be signed by me (the owner/buyer). They didn’t present those documents before me to take my signature to hide the date of manufacturing which was mentioned in those documents. They planned to hide the date of manufacturing of the car because they knew that the car was manufactured * months ago. Look at their courage and fraudulence that the legal document “Affidavit of Having a Car Garage” on Indian government non-judicial stamp paper was also signed by themselves. It is a serious act of fraud and crime to sign someone else's documents and that too on government papers. It is a matter of fraud and unfair trade practices done by MG Motors India dealer. During these days, I observed many problems in my car, and by seeing so many such problems it is suspected that this car is either a demo vehicle or an already used car with many defects. Following are the defects.
*. Some rattling sound out of the car's panoramic sunroof. This was when the sunroof was idle and in a closed state. It is noticeable even on good roads.
*. A small piece of plastic that holds the gear lever is broken from the inside.
*. The seat belt of the driver seat is fixed in inverse condition due to this sometimes fastening of the seat belt is very difficult.
*. Some rusting type is also appearing below the car.
*. The dent mark was on the door which was observed before the delivery, but it was replaced after a lot of argument.
I requested the dealer to either give me a new car or refund my whole amount with all expenses done by me on this car. He is offering to repair the car but I don’t agree to take the old and used car. I paid the full amount for the new car. Now they are not responding. Kindly intervene in the matter and convince them to either give me a new car or refund my whole amount with all the expenses done by me on this car till today including RTO charges.
