Morris Garrages India - MG Hector Clutch and Wiring Burnt forkms

We purchased car in **** Feb and the car was run for **,*** km only. During our last long drive from hyderabad(Telangana) to tirupati (AP)the car stopped moving suddenly. The gear knob was broken all of a sudden. The coolant pipes were burnt and heavy smoke came from the engine section. We called MG Tirupati and towed the vehicle to their service center and when given to service we were told the clutch plate and wiring was burnt and gear assembly to be changed. Unfortunately they dont have the spares and it takes ** days to procure the spares from gujarat. We were not provided with any loaner vehicle either. I have driven almost ** varieties of cars in my life and none of the cars had such issue. The quality of MG is very poor. The Service center team mentioned none of these items are covered under warranty even when I have a full coverage insurance (SECURE ELITE). The estimated amount for the repairs is around Rs.*.* Lac. The worst part is none of the insurance agents who made you pay huge premium were available for any help and they do not take any responsibility during the crisis. I demand MG to compensate for the damages and cover the expenses incurred on my car. Also, authorize some service advisor who can follow up with the MG Tirupati branch and help in getting repairs done as per the standards. I have been trying to follow up every day but the kind of response from MG service team is very unsatisfactory.
