I have been getting continuous SMS messages from Hathway to avail their internet services. On June *th a lady identifying herself as Keerthi called and told me about an attractive package of Rs. *** per month. I fell for it and asked her how to go about it. She gave me my Hathway account number ********** and asked me to visit www.hathway.net and make payment of Rs. *** and inform her. I accordingly paid and sent her the screenshot of the payment details. She said I will get the connection in * hours. When I could get it I called her and she said she will check. A WhatsApp conversation took place between us which I have sent it as evidence. Later I called up a number of times and no one answered my calls. Till date i.e **th of June, nothing has happened. Please help me in this regard.
