This is sneha from India. As we all know shein has been banned in India. I placed an order much before the ban was initiated but i didn't receive my order. I got a message indicating that my order has been cancelled and refund has been made to shein wallet. Since ban, I can download or open shein . Total amount of INR *** is stuck in my shein wallet. How can i get the money back or transfered to my bank account?
