On *st July I had booked an internet connection from Airtel and paid ₹**** towards. Unfortunately, due to some issues from their end, I requested them for the refund. They agreed to refund the money to my HDFC bank account on * July. It’s been Oliver a month and I have not received the amount yet. I contacted the same to Airtel. They say the amount was transferred successfully and have given me an ARN number. I tried reaching out to HDFC bank to know the status of it. Each time, the executive tells he will get back to me but hasn’t gotten back to me yet till date. It’s been really frustrating for me and I feel like I’m being ping ponged from Airtel and HDFC and I have no clue of how I get my money. All I want is for the money to be credited to my account ASAP.
