Shopclues - Money not reversed

I tried to purchase an item from shop clues which was worth Rs. *****, with order ID *********. The payment failed, however the amount was debited. I tried to contact CS team of shop clues, however couldn't connect with any executive. I tried to get in touch with bank. According to them, the amount has been approved.Still from shop clues, they are making me wait and no proper response was given by them. Hence, please assist in getting back my refunds.
