On date **-**-**** I ordered "* pc nonstick cookware set by everwel" from Homeshop**.com and paind the amount ***/- using my RuPay debit card. now they sent me a damaged product of which I talked to them and returned within *-* days. then after *-* days they initiated my refund and said that it will reflect in my respective bank account within *-* working days but it did not. I called their complaint helpline which is not toll free and costing me *.*Rs./min and told them about this but they said its impossible as it was showing PAID in their system and they "Kindly requested me" to visit my bank and I did visit my bank here ** kms away in an auto rickshaw costing me **Rs but there I came to know that I have to visit my home branch , I was frustrated. after a week I visited my home branch I got it checked and the bank said it is not received I went home and called the complaint helpline they again said its not in any way possible and demanded the copy of my passbook with entries of december and January. till date I have sent like **-** times the photocopies of my passbook as they continued to delay my calls by saying "its not readable" or " Its blur" "its not received yet" Its been * months now I called every week in a hope that they will solve my complaint but they only say one thing "Your complaint is transferred to your concern team and they will get in touch with you in *-* working days. I have lost ***+(Call charges)+(peace of mind)+(the time I took out t visit bank for like * times) . They are cheating me like anything. please help me. I am attaching the screenshot of order placed and the photocopy of my passbook. hoping for justice.
