On **th April I placed an order from Homeshop ** mobile app. I made a payment of *** Rs from Mobikwik. Still, it is not yet confirmed after getting payment also. When I called the customer support team they are just telling to wait for more ** hrs. From the first day, they are telling to weight for ** hrs. Its total fraud. Please help me to get the money back.
