Cheap Ticket - Money not refunded
Alfred Sigo filed complaint against Cheap Ticket on May 18, 2019
I had booked a Jet Airways flight ticket through www.cheapticket.in. Now that all Jet Airways flights have been cancelled. I am not being given a refund as according to cheapticket.in. Jet Airways is not processing any refund and as per Jet Airways cheapticket.in is supposed to handle the refund. Please find flight details below:

Yatra.com immediately processed my refund for another Jet Airways flight very professional of them. I guess cheapticket.in did turn out to be very cheap indeed.
