Cheap Ticket - Air ticket booking amount got debited but ticket not received

I booked my flight ticket to kul to trz by cheapticket. My travelling date is after one month. I checked all the website for tickets. Cheap tickets charge the lowest convenience fee so I choose the cheap ticket. After putting the ticket they asked me the extra money from my side without any reason. Customer care also didn't respond to my query. I don't know why they doing this. Help me to get my ticket or otherwise get my hard-earned money back. I attached all the screenshots in this mail.
