ShopCluess the worst online shopping site ever... It tortures it's customer very very badly... They are not refunding my money since * month...cheaters
This poor and cheater site it torturing me since one month. Firstly the sent me incomplete product. Then their customer service representatives made me mad filing my complaint regarding return of the product. At last taking so much time they finally somehow sent their man to take their product back. And now they are torturing me as they haven't refunded my amount. They have provided me with the transaction number and I have talked about that with my bank but the told that there exist no such transaction. J don't know who is right but the end result is my headache.. again shopClues is the worst online shopping site.. don't ever shop with them.
