Spectranet - Money not refunded
Sunil Raghav filed complaint against Spectranet on Sep 29, 2017
Your delivery person Hansraj Prajapat had collected ****/- from my residence, ****/*, the palms, South City *, gurgaon ******. Due to technical reasons, the internet could not be installed by your company's installation personnel.
When I ask for refund, Hansraj Prajapat keeps on saying tomorrow it will be refunded.
Please resolve this asap or a consumer complaint will be filed in district consumer court.
