I am using Spectranet service and I paid *months in advance, now I cannot use internet connection and every time when I talk to customers care they are not helping and they are refusing to cancel this account and not giving my money back either.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
