Minanshika Softech Solution Private Limited - Money not refunded

They are hiring people for outsourcing their work. I applied and got accepted but had to pay initial refundable deposit for Rs. ****/- called "sign up amount". I paid the amount on *th April **** signing a contract and started the work. After completing the job, I asked for refund of initial deposit for which they refused and said on call it cannot be refunded since you have not achieved "bonus" level work. The contract nowhere mentions that deposit will be refunded on achieving the bonus only. I want sign up amount to be refunded. Refer the attached evidence for more clarity. Only afterwards I have found out that same thing has happened to many other people - can check on google and glassdoor review after filtering out the fake accounts. I'm getting mentally disturbed by this.
