Minanshika Softech Solution Private Limited - Refund not accepted by company

Hello,
I have been looking for the part time job which can provide me decent regular income as I have faced many issues during covid times.
So, I received few mails from Minanshika Pvt Ltd as I visited the job openings for part time in Naukri for their website.
I figured out this is one of the good company to start data typing work as a part time.
Then I got one contact (Neha) and they guided me all the procedures and asked to pay contract amount which is refundable as bonus once the first task is completed with minimum pages.
Minimum first submission is ** pages which is hectic for a normal person.
After typing for first two pages I realised that it would take approximately * hr ** min to type and cross verify one page considering an average speed Candidate.
So, if you complete minimum submission with ** pages then you would take approximately ***.* hours of your effort with * extra pages in case if you have done more than * mistakes.
With such an accuracy if you try to work then you would take ***.* hours to get paid ****rs.
Incase your correct number of pages are ** then your bonus won't be refunded.
So, practically a user can spend * hours of typing for ** days , obviously you are not gonna complete the first task of ** pages.
So, your contract will get cancelled and you won't get your initial refundable deposit also.
So practically it is difficult to achieve if a person is spending * hours of effort daily and you have to submit in max ** days which is other criteria for submitting which is highly difficult even though you are educated.
So, they have pre planned to get some money from people and don't provide software also to check before registering . So, being a normal candidate with an average speed typing so it is highly difficult for me to complete the first submission of ** pages.
So, I told the person to cancel my project on the first day of allocation of work so that if they have the commitment to submit to customer in that case they shouldn't face issues because of my work.
But they are not accepting the request of cancellation and refund amount

So only thing what they are saying is you can leave anytime whenever you want but they won't refund.
( It is like you are paying for them by just signing in to their work)


So, this company takes money from you for registration and provide such a difficult task in the beginning itself so that you won't be able to complete.

And they will tell that we have a contract signed from you and told you everything.
But once you start working you will realise whether you will be able to complete or not being a normal person.

So, if the person is not able to work and don't like the work then he shouldn't loose money atleast what he has earned doing hard work.

I also read many similar negative comments who have faced and lost the money in this trap.

So, at the time of writing this , this is my third day of registration into their website.

So, I am requesting for justice to get me my refund amount from this company .

That would be really helpful.
