I hereby wish to bring it to your notice that I tried to do a booking for LabTests TSH and Prolactin through medlife app. The total amount was Rs. *** and I did the payment by PhonePe mode of payment. This happened on *th Nov **** at around ** PM and the money got deducted from my account whereas It did not reflect in the MedLife account. Neither it shows in the medlife account that the transaction was failed and money will be refunded.
I tried reaching your customer care service. Someone told me to share the screenshot of the payment on WhatsApp No.**********. I tried reaching them several times on Gmail and WhatsApp as well. They replied on Gmail asking for bank account details for a refund since they couldn't refund in the original payment method and thus I shared the details. I haven't received the amount yet. I have proof and a recording of all the phone calls made to them. I haven't received my refund yet from them.
