I booked a car from zoom in the month of june. I completed the trip and I was satisfied with the trip. But I didn't get the refund amount. Customer care number was turned off. So, I contacted a number mentioned in google. He asked me to wait for a week. After few weeks I again asked him, he said I'll get it by *nd week of july. Then he said I'll get it in two weeks. Last month he asked me to book a car again to compensate that. I disagreed and asked for the money for which he said I'll get it by Oct **. He is still giving me similar fake promises. I chose zoom only when my friend forced to go with it saying that, it's a very reputed company. He's feeling guilty for suggesting that. It's my hard earned money, kindly do the needful.
