I have done recharge through Cred App on ** Jan **** at **.** AM. And it is not successful. As checked with Airtel they confirmed that the transaction ID details which was provided by CRED is available in their server as it got failed.
Also the CRED app transaction is not listed in my payment history as well. I've submitted the screen recording of Airtel app, provided voice recorder of Airtel customer care. Even after providing enough information CRED is not providing refund and asking for email confirmation from Airtel. Whereas Airtel is not providing email confirmation.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
