Nice Maple - Money Not Refunded After Order Cancellation

I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue regarding my refund for Order ID ****. Despite multiple follow-ups, my refund of Rs. **,***/- has not been processed as promised.
On **.**.****, I canceled my order and requested a refund the same day. Your office informed me via email on **.**.**** that the refund was processed and that transaction details would be shared with me on the same day. However, I did not receive any transaction details or the refund amount.
Further, on **.**.****, I received another email from your office assuring me that the transaction details would be provided by **.**.****. On **.**.****, instead of the promised transaction details, I received an RRN No. ************. Despite this, I did not receive any concrete evidence of the refund process or the refund itself.
During my last conversation with your customer care executive, Mr. Santosh Singh, he promised to share a screenshot of the transaction by * PM on **th July. However, I have not received this screenshot or any further information regarding the refund.
I have made numerous attempts to follow up via emails and telephonic conversations, yet all my efforts have been in vain. The delay and lack of transparency in processing my refund have caused me significant inconvenience and distress.
I request that the refund be processed immediately and that the transaction details be provided to me at the earliest.
