I have ordered for busy Day heather skimmer gray casual sneakers on *th sep **** it was supposed to be delivered on **th sep **** but was nit delivered. After repeated followup it was deliverd on **th sep ****. It didnot suit me so, made a return on **th sep ****. And sent the bank details for refund. Today its *rd oct **** still not received my amount inspite of repeated followup its not refunded. I get a response from them saying wait for * to * days or wait for ** hrs or bank detais are worng or i have not sent the bank details. Inspite of this long wait i dint receive my money. Today around *.**am i called them, they gave a reply saying wait till ** noon still my bank details are not updated in their systems and they would exculate it immediately and with in * to * days the money would be reflected in my account. Im attaching the mails exchanged. Kindly help me and do the needful.
