Issue : I had made bookings with Happy Easy go on September ** **** with the following email confirmation & order ID details :
Order ID : ******************.
Upon checking into the hotel I am informed that my booking is not paid for , when my credit card already shows the payment done & your website confirms the same. There exists a booking but it doesn’t have amount paid for. I am asked to pay additionally for my check in with the hotel.
The hotel team deeps dive and informs YOUR team hasn’t made the transfer into their account. Since last night * am until today * pm when I write this email, all I have done is call your executives repeatedly for an understanding of the same.
I was told by your helpline with the following number to call HOTEL TEAM OF HAPPYEASYGO after * calls. : **** *** ** **
Upon that I am on call trying to connect to your hotel team at this number : ****-******* ( refer screenshot), who has not picked this call for the last * days.
I have called a total of ** + times to the different customer care supports & have no resolution for my issue.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
