Raised service request to fix geyser on **th october. Even after * month and ** days it's not fixed. They forcefully add assure money with monthly rental in the name of providing any service request for free. And now * month's assure money is given for nothing. Even after several follow ups still their customer care executives are giving excuses and telling they will assign someone as soon as possible. It's too much now. They should be taught a lesson for cheating their customers. I can provide all details whenever asked.
