Hathway Broadband Internet
- Money has been taken but service not provided Closed
I requested for new Hathway connection on January *th and the executive came took the money on **th January and on January **th they came and installed router and modem but didn't give connection to the internet port , after that next day I got call from activation team then they found there is no signal to my router even my router was installed then they said they will send technician to fix on Jan **th **** but he never showed up till now (**th January)
Every time I call customer care they give random excuses and ask **hrs time and even today they asked for **hrs and disconnected the call on my face
If I ask refund they deny it and if I request for my problem to get resolved they extend deadline indefinitely
And the executive assigned to my area called me on jan**th and promised to resolve by end of that day, now he doesn't answer my calls because he has no more excuses left
