Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited - Money deducted without reason

I have a home loan account in Tata capital ,since the pandemic period they are being very unkind to us and have many times deducted charges which were without any reason .but this time the same happened ,rupees *** got deducted from my account on */*/****, and even after doing all the formalities ,like filing a request on their website ,contacting their costumer care , i get the reply that The *** rupees were not deducted only . But my bank statement clearly states that claim wrong .I totally harassed and tiered by their followup calls which always give me a new date to resolve the issue .
