Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited - Housing Loan EMI ISSUE

I Shriramulu Tota account No. TCHHL**************** I have taken moratorium from April & May. June to August but June to August was not approved and in your Hyderabad Branch Operation Head Mr. Chandrashekar and no one is not responding my query.
Also without any prior intimation cheques are depositing in multiple times in single month.
My emi date is every month *th then again and again depositing cheques. I have already met with Mr. Chandrasekhar and discussion done but he is not able to handle the situation regarding my query.

Moratorium In my case **th Aug amount *****/- cheque was deposited and returned . Returned charges Rs.***/- deducted in my account.
*th Sept which is my regular monthly EMI was cleared Rs.*****/-


**th Sept emi cheque again deposited and returned . Returned charges Rs.*** deducted in my account.

PM fund ******/- credited my home loan account on *th July ****.

When I visited Hyderabad Branch and Meet Mr Chandrasekhar and discussion done balance dues cheque was handover on **nd Sept and cleared total due amount was Rs. *****/- which is cleared. 

But again **th September **** amount of Rs ****/- deducted in my account. After various followup with Mr.Chandrasekhar not given any satify solution.

**th Sept again emi cheque deposited and amount *****/- deducted in my account same **th September also same amount *****/- deducted in my account. 
 I have paid in singlebSeptember month below

**th Sept: ***** given cheque

Request you to kindly reverse the amount in my account. Which was deducted and mentioned above. Instruct to Tata Capital.
