- Money deducted but not getting refund from mivi Open

I have ordered a speaker from mivi official site. But during the payment option I have done the payment through debit card and not get redirect to the page again.
I have contacted my bank and PayU, they all said the transaction is done from our side.
But MIVI is not accepting or showing any proof or confirmation of my order at their official website, that they received the payment. I also have some proof of payment.
