I made a transaction from my debit card for food at bookmyshow booth for the amount of Rs. ****/- at DJ Snake, Mumbai on **th November. The transaction failed(the system showed ‘something went wrong) but my money got deducted. It didn’t reflect in my QR scanner either. I want more clarity on the same as to what has gone wrong. Its been ** days I have been trying to contact them but no answer from their side, plus I paid using cash at the counter after my debit card failed, they are saying we didn't receive in cash, as u can see my time of purchase and debit details are almost after * hour. Kindly look into this matter. I am not getting any solution from their end. Also previously, I registered with cousmerhelpline Grievance Number: *******, the status shows the amount refunded but still it's pending, after talking to the BookMyShow they say it will be credited soon. Almost ** days after their email regarding a refund. Kindly look into it Thank you
