I had booked * tickets for comic night happening in Pune on *-*-* April. When I booked the tickets, there was no detailed schedule of comedians coming on which day. I booked for *th (Saturday). Now when I checked on app, it’s showing Zakir khans show on *th.
I specifically booked tickets only for Zakir khans show. I requested your customer executive on chat to move my booking to *th, if possible. She said you please book new ticket and share new booking ID, once you do this, we will initiate old ticket refund.
I booked for desired date and shared new booking id. They are saying we can’t give refund because new booking amount is lower than old booking amount.
Firstly, how can a ticket amount change when booking second time? I can’t increase the booking amount or ticket amount by myself to adhere to your absurd rule, right???
Secondly, these guys were aware that the amount would be low second time and hence suggested to make new booking?? If not, then why this stupid rule when you know that ticket price remains same for a same show???
I requested the team to refund my first booking amount to me as I have lost around **** bucks because of this stupid excuse the executives are giving. Can you imagine?? **** bucks!!!
Either they deduct the difference amount coming from both the bookings OR REFUND my money back. But they are refusing the refund saying your second total booking price is not equal or more than first booking price.
I am attaching both my tickets with ref ids. I can’t afford to lose such sum of money because of some absurd condition and their policy of forcing customer to book another ticket on the promise of refund.
Request assistance in this regard.
