I had ordered asus zen phone on **th september **** at VLE BAZAAR, order no. ****** amount of rs **** got debited from my bank account and vle web site showed failed order .I tried to contact several time over phone whatsapp and mail no response. I underwent lot of mental agony and stress during this pandemic crisis, as they never cared to respond nor refund my amount.
