SHEKHAPUR SAIKIRITI filed complaint against Realme on Sep 4, 2020
My realme xt device was blasted in April of this year during pandemic period. So, after lockdown I had approached to realme Service centre located at mehidipatnam so they kept the blasted device with them for several days. Recently they called me to take back that device and told that it won't be claimed and also they are blaming me, so can I hope that I will get some support from your side and the device is still in the warranty period.
