I have bought a micromax Canvas juice *g Q*** mobile through Amazon on ** Aug in **** order id no-***-*******-*******. The mobile battery is blast in the first week of may ****. I deposited the mobile in micromax service centre patna on * may **** but after one and half month of deposited mobile not replaced so far. I talk with mr. Abay who is working in service centre he told me no any distributor available in the city when distributor is available I will replace your mobile.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
