- Mobile and Jwellery stollen in running train Open

My mobile phone( with eccesries *****/-) has stolen in running train near kanpur railway station. No one was ready there in the train and kanpur central railway st to register the fir. The tc asked me to complain in anand vihar when you reach there and they will transfer that to kanpur. So i have waited and done the same. And transfered the fir to kanpur grp. But after reaching my destination home when i checked my luggage there were more items found missing from the bag as listed : *. Gold chain ( *****/-), *. Gold ring (*****/-), *. Gold earrings (*****/-), *. Silver anklet (****/-), *. Fake jwellery (****/-), *. House keys.
I have tried to lodge a new updated fir in rewa cyber cell department and civil line police station when i retured back from delhi but that not worked. I have tried calling the helpline and toll free numbers of up police couple of times to get the status of fir and update the information about the more items i have already lost. But failed again.

Incident explaination:
i was traveling with my wife from rewa to anand vihar on **/**/**** for raksha bandhan celebration in train no. ***** pnr. **********, birth no. S**/**&**. The train compartment as usual crouded with waiting and general ticket passengers. And most probably a few number of thieves. The incident happen when train was running and about to reach kanpur central railway station around **:** am on **/**/**** and slower down at outer of the station. The thieves attacked some passengers together at the same time from inside and outside of the train's window and robbed purses, mobiles and jwelleries and jumped out from the slow running train. The thieves were also succeed in steeling goods when passengers were sleeping and at the last moment they have escaped with snatching mobiles and jwelleries from passengers. Please note that the doors were opened and no gaurds were there in the train compartment at the late night. So any one could enters in the reservation coach. No one was there to stop who is going out of the doors and hangging themselves with the windows grill on the running train.
For your kind information my lost mobile was bought from the credit card and i have to pay monthly installments for the same. This will be a very painfull mental harashment for me and my wife whenever I will pay for the item which I have no more. And loss of valuable gold jwellery.
I appeal for the compensation from indian railways for the loss of valuable items and mental suffering due to their lack of security and mulfunctioning lazy staff.
