Mobikwik App - MobiKwik Wallet Fraud

A fraudulent call on behalf of Mobikwik received on **** hrs of **.**.** asked me to decline a transaction through OTP and deducted ***** from Mobikwik wallet. I immediately installed the app and informed Mobikwik for the fraudulent transaction. They only blocked the account. But they have not blocked the transaction as they are unable to do so as per their telephonic conversation. My wallet is linked to fraudster. Now Mobikwik is asking me to pay the outstanding dues but as soon as I pay the dues, the fraudster can again access my account to get the money. I have complaint to Mobikwik via Ref *******. I have made complaint to cybercime.gov.in via ref ***** ********. Mobikwik is continuously sending SMS and calls for the payment of outstanding dues.
