Kousic filed complaint against Mobikiwik on Oct 16, 2021
There was a merchant transaction with Indigo where I used Mobikwik Wallet to pay the seat reservation charges worth INR ***. The next day flight was cancelled so ticket amount was re-funded by Indigo (while tracked its mentioned that it’s refunded to Mobikwik also called customer care - they confirmed same). But till date Mobikwik is not able to add the same amount to my wallet back (as part of refund) wasted time on call but no clue.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
