Vodafone - MNP message sending fail

My mobile number regarding which I am complaining is **********.
I am using vodafone service on my number from long time,
I am not satisfied with the service so i want to port my no to other service provider.
When i tried to send port message on MNP number **** it fails, I tried sending message from other phone also but still it fails,
I register a complaint regarding my problem on *** on date **.**.****, but till date i am facing the same problem and getting no support from executives.
Please solve my problem so that I can get better service.
